These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Strong for Life, a digital fitness program made available as a website and app. The program is operated by Alexander Gulbrandsen, referred to here as “we”, “us” or “our”. By creating an account or purchasing the program, you agree to these Terms.

Strong for Life is an 8-week digital strength and fitness program designed for busy women 40+. It offers two training options — a home path with no equipment and a gym path using gym equipment — and is delivered entirely through your account in the app.

The program consists of 8 weeks of structured training, including strength sessions, walking, cardio and rest days, with progressive overload built in. It provides general fitness guidance and instructions for each session, and lets you record your completed workouts and progress within the app.

The program is offered as a one-time purchase of $25 USD. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.

Payment is processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. Access to the program is granted automatically once your payment is confirmed. You must have an account to access the program. You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and purchase the program. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that takes place using your account.

Your access is granted for your personal, non-commercial use only. It is linked to your individual account and may not be transferred, sold or shared with anyone else.

All content in the program — including text, exercises, structure, design and branding — is owned by Alexander Gulbrandsen and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights are reserved.

You may not copy, download, redistribute, resell, share, publicly display, or otherwise make the program available to others, in whole or in part. You may not use the program for any commercial purpose.

The program provides general fitness guidance and is not tailored to your individual circumstances, fitness level, or health condition. It is not a substitute for individualized advice from a qualified fitness or healthcare professional. See our Health & Safety page for important guidance.

You are responsible for your own safety when exercising. Always consider your health, fitness level, injuries and medical circumstances before starting any new activity, and seek appropriate professional advice when needed. Stop immediately and seek help if you experience unusual pain, dizziness, chest discomfort or other concerning symptoms.

Fitness results depend on many individual factors, including your starting point, consistency, effort, health and lifestyle. We do not guarantee any specific fitness, health or physical results from using the program.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the program. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The program is digital content. Once your payment is confirmed, the program is delivered immediately and made available through your account in the app.

You may have a right of withdrawal under applicable consumer law. Where a withdrawal right applies to digital content, you may lose that right once delivery of the digital content has begun, but only if you have expressly agreed to delivery starting before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal once delivery has begun.

At checkout, you are asked to expressly agree to immediate delivery and to acknowledge that, where permitted by applicable law, you may lose your right of withdrawal once delivery has begun. This does not affect any other mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.

Strong for Life does not voluntarily offer refunds. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase under applicable law, including any applicable rights relating to digital content.

We may update, modify or discontinue features of the program from time to time. If we make material changes that affect your access to the program you have purchased, we will aim to inform you through the app or by email.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the program after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under the law of your country of residence.
